Let’s start with a Disclaimer – all my treatments at Life Center were provided free of charge. Because Life Center is a trusted wellness source, I agreed to collaborate with them in exchange for my honest feedback & opinion
The Harmonic Egg looks like something from outer space and, quite frankly, the experience and the effects are out of this world.
The treatment is a combination of light & sound in a harmonic setting. Here’s the official description (which will soothe you just reading it!)
“The technology combines photostimulation, music and the vibratory sensory perception of music for optimal relaxation and autonomic balance. We are working to turn off the activity of the genes that cause disease / trauma and turn on the activity of the genes that fight disease and release trauma. Once this happens, the rest can be done by the body. Simply, we trigger the body mechanisms to do the job of fighting disease / trauma on its own. We are not damaging the structure of the body with the sessions. We are influencing the body to do what it is innately born to do!”
“What you will experience is a paradigm shift in healing. No pills, no drugs, no needles, no surgeries…everything is energy and we work on an energy level to help the body heal itself naturally. Energy healing is the most natural form of healing. It’s all about balance. As energy begins to flow it can reverse any conditions of imbalance in a perfect rhythm. It never goes against your will, or is forced. The flow of energy works as you are in agreement to receive it, whether it is at a conscious or unconscious level.”
Some of the potential benefits:
- Deeper feelings of PEACE
- Deeper feelings of JOY
- Elevated Levels of ENERGY
- Acceleration in spiritual evolution
- Reversal of disease
- Strengthening of VITAL ORGANS
- Rejuvenation
- Greater BREATHING capacity
Except for the reversal of disease, I experienced all of these benefits. Oh wait, maybe I DID experience reversal of disease. If you break the word down into “dis-ease”… then yes, that happened as well. #Winning
Design Features:
Created from Birch and Pine woods, the interior is smooth on the inside (you know, like an egg). The exterior has 12 sides on the outside & is set on a Hexagon platform, creating the perfect balance of Sacred Geometry, feminine and masculine.
So exactly what happens in the Harmonic Egg?
Treatment are approximately 40 minutes long with a 10 minute period of silence to integrate. For me, it’s instant relaxation. I fall asleep within 2 minutes, waking in between each music transition and then waking right when the music stops. I tend to let my mind just rest for the 10 minutes of silence that follows. The cost per treatment is $120 which I think is reasonable for the benefits it brings.
In addition, Gail provides a comprehensive guide food & hydration tips to help you integrate the session work in the best way.
Before the session, there is a quick check in conversation to assess what your needs are for that particular session Gail or her staff can chose the best light & music for the session, based on the feedback provided. If you’ve had a stressful week, or perhaps you feel like you’re coming down with something, the Egg session can be tailored to meet your need since the colors represent the various chakras.
For instance, during one session, I felt the need to be more accepting of people and circumstances, so we chose green light (heart chakra). Before my Keynote presentation, we chose red (root) and blue (throat) for grounding, calming and communication. After returning from New Orleans, we chose a combination of colors that included purple (a color known for cleansing and also for the 6th Chakra) in order to clear any weird energy that I might have picked up while visiting the 2nd most haunted city in the US.

Want your own egg?
Yup, I do too. If you are going to spend money putting a pool, hot tub or sauna into your place, why not just bust a move and get a Harmonic Egg? The cost is $63,000 (updated July 2020). The previous iteration (Life Vessel) was $150k. There is very little maintenance AND a team of kick-ass designers will come and install it. If the Egg weren’t so close to my local, I’d probably have my own installed.
