One of my favorite things to do while on the road is to connect locals to each other! And then introduce them to a new local restaurant that they may not know about. So if you are in DC – join me at Cuba Libre on Sept. 10th!  I mean it. Another DC MeetUp!

Last week’s event at 1905 was a raging success – several of my favorite online influencers and local people joined in (after a fun visit to CNN!). Big thanks to Jay McMichael for the CNN tour (we didn’t break anything), Adam Zuckerman for suggesting 1905, thanks to Tony and 1905 (what a great space!), Brian Fanzo and Jed Record – great to hang with you two! Also great to see Joann Sierra from CNN, Ebong Eka (who brought his amazing friend Sylvie Luanghy). And of course, my BFF Bill Reed and his wife Sonya Toole!  #WhatAGreatGroup
